We are looking for a VP of Engineering who will own the entire tech function - architecture, execution, team building, and long-term scalability.

- Growth (to support experimentation and rapid iterations)
- Product (to ship fast without compromising long-term tech health)
- Analytics (to ensure event tracking and data pipelines are robust)
What we’re looking For
- 4+ years of engineering experience with leadership exposure
- Experience building and scaling consumer products or apps
- Strong understanding of Scalable backend systems, API architecture, Cloud infrastructure, Data tracking frameworks
- Experience hiring and leading engineering teams
- Ability to balance speed vs long-term architecture
- High ownership mindset — thinks like a founder
You should be comfortable with
- Building from imperfect systems
- Setting technical direction from first principles
- Making trade-offs between experimentation speed and platform stability
- Driving accountability within the engineering team
What This Role Is Not

- And think 2–3 years ahead while executing today
Why Superliving
- Opportunity to build the tech backbone of a scaling platform in Consumer AI
